Christine (Chamberlain) Couvelier is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as President at Trendi since January 2022, Christine leads initiatives to combat food waste and promote the use of misfit fruits and vegetables, while also holding the position of Chief Culinary Innovation Officer at the same organization. Christine co-founded Teach, Taste, Learn in 2019 to provide leadership training for culinary educators and has been the President & Global Culinary Trendologist at Culinary Concierge since 2008, specializing in food trends. Additionally, as a Development Consultant for the Canadian Centre of Seafood Excellence & Innovation, Christine facilitates seafood innovation and sustainability efforts.
