Gordon Campbell has extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Since June 2022, Gordon has been contributing at TalkTalk Business in a customer experience role. Prior to this, from November 2012 to June 2022, Gordon served as Operations Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where expertise was developed in managing operational processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
