Michelle Carlon is an experienced product management professional currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Talkspace since October 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Nirvana, including Product Discovery Lead and API Product Manager from September 2021 to October 2024. At J.P. Morgan, from June 2016 to September 2021, Michelle was a Senior Associate in Corporate Payments Sales focused on treasury optimization and technical payment solutions, and previously served as an Analyst in Investor Services Risk & Control, managing cross-functional initiatives related to regulatory compliance and risk analysis. Earlier experience includes a Program and Project Manager role at A Little Easier Recovery from June 2012 to August 2015, where Michelle contributed to product development and financial forecasting. Michelle holds a Software Engineering Certificate from Fullstack Academy and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Michelle is also a member of the National Honor Society.
