Gerry Bolante has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager at TalkPool AG since September 2018. Previously, Gerry held the position of Technical Operations Manager/Assistant Country Manager at Talkpool, where responsibilities included overseeing all technical operations in Haiti and acting as the main contact for reporting and escalations. Gerry also served as Operations Manager and O&M Supervisor at Talkpool from 2007 to 2015, managing day-to-day operations and customer interface for network maintenance. Early career roles included O&M Technician at Talkpool and Senior Engineer at Smart Communications, Inc., where technical support for transmission outages was provided. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
