Anita Vijayakumar MD is an experienced adult psychiatrist currently serving at Talkiatry since January 2023. Prior to this role, Anita was a board-certified psychiatrist at Mequon Clinical Associates from November 2012 to May 2019. Education includes a Psychiatry Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where Anita was Chief Resident, and an MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Additionally, Anita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing with Honors and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago, as well as a high school diploma from the Illinois Math and Science Academy.
