Luis Melo is an experienced professional in product management with current roles as a Senior Product Manager at Unbabel and Talkdesk since early 2021. Previously, Luis held various positions at Feedzai, including Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, where contributions involved developing an integrated knowledge base and training programs. Prior experience includes working as an Application Development Associate at Accenture and engaging in research at the University of Victoria, focusing on CO2 sensing technologies for carbon management, as well as a Research Engineer at Instituto de Telecomunicações, where optical sensors for anion recognition were developed. Luis holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria and an Integrated Master in Physics Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by an international exchange experience at the University of Lodz.
