Karina Margarian currently serves as Director of AppConnect at Talkdesk, a position held since July 2021, while also being a member of Partnership Leaders since December 2021. Previously, Karina worked as a Senior Manager in Business Development for Alliances & Partnerships at Vonage from April 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes an Operations Manager role at Amazon from September 2017 to April 2018 and responsibilities in Operations and Business Development at Doucce from March 2015 to January 2018. Karina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Operations Management and Supervision, as well as Psychology from the Zicklin School of Business and Stony Brook University.
