Brett Essman is a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience in the advertising industry, currently serving at Preston Spire since May 2022, as well as in mentoring roles at Talk To A Creative Director and Boundaryless since November and July 2023, respectively. Previously, Brett led the creative team at Decker, achieving a significant increase in creative awards and recognition for the agency, and held senior positions at Periscope, Martin Williams, The VIA Agency, Havas, and FCB Global, where Brett consistently delivered award-winning campaigns for notable brands. Brett is also dedicated to coaching youth basketball with the OSSEO Maple Grove Basketball Association since January 2022. Educational background includes degrees in Art Direction from Brainco and Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
