Terrance Maloney is a co-founder and held the role of Customer Success at Talinity, LLC from August 2019 until the present. Terrance was responsible for overseeing an AI platform and Member community that matches and qualifies personal referrals for job candidates. Prior to that, Maloney worked at ServiceNow from November 2011 to January 2018, where they served as the Sr. Director of Professional Services for the Eastern US and Federal Areas. In this role, they developed strategies for improving go-to-market and delivery offerings, as well as cultivating partnerships and enabling channels within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Before their time at ServiceNow, Maloney worked at BMC Software from April 2010 to October 2011, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager of AITSM Operations and Portfolio Director of the Service Support Practice. Terrance was responsible for managing business operations, delivering software as a service, and driving product release strategies. Additionally, Maloney served as the Area Services Director for BMC Public Sector Consulting Services from November 2006 to October 2009, where they oversaw sales, delivery, and organizational management. Prior to BMC Software, they briefly worked at Enterprise Management Solutions as a Sr. Project Manager and at CP Ships as the Operations Development Manager. At Enterprise Management Solutions, they managed a development program for Lehman Brothers Financial, increasing revenue and accelerating the implementation schedule. At CP Ships, they established a process framework for achieving business effectiveness and managed a support consolidation program for cost reduction.
Terrance Maloney attended Edison State Community College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration. Terrance then transferred to Ferris State University in 1995 and completed their studies in Marketing in 1996. In addition to their formal education, Terrance holds several certifications including ITIL Practitioner (V2) – Establishing & Managing IT Services Practices from Pink Elephant, ITIL Service Manager (V2) from Exin, ITIL V3 Expert from Exin, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
