Mark Fasciano is currently an advisor at TalentWell Partners. Prior to this, they were the co-founder and CEO of Rover Diagnostics for 3 years and 7 months. Mark also served as the Chief Technical Advisor at Telos for 2 years and 5 months. Mark has also been a Director at Military AutoSource for 14 years. In this role, they served on the Board of Directors and was a regular sounding board for the CEO. Mark also led the executive search to hire a retired two-star army general as a full-time company executive. Mark has supported strategy and data working groups within the company and regularly mentors executive team members on their career development.
Mark Fasciano attended Cornell University from 1986 to 1990, where they studied computer science and English. Mark then attended the University of Chicago from 1991 to 1996, where they earned their PhD in computer science/artificial intelligence. Mark's thesis was titled "MAYOR: Real-time Planning in Everyday Worlds," and was a machine learning system that learned to play the game SimCity.
