Oksana Hychuk is an experienced IT recruiter currently working at Talentuch since November 2021, specializing in full-cycle international IT recruitment on a subscription basis, particularly in ERP services related to SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. Prior to this role, Oksana served as a consultant at the World Bank Group from February 2016 to February 2021 and coordinated projects at USAID from January 2015 to May 2016, including overseeing the USAID Fair Justice Project. Oksana holds a Master's degree in Law from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, which was completed between September 2009 and June 2014.
