Maty Janda is a Co-Founder and Creative Director at Grenade Castle, where innovative design-centered approaches and modern technology are utilized to create and scale digital products. Maty also serves as the Head of Design at Talentpilot, an organization dedicated to enhancing workplace satisfaction and helping individuals find their ideal jobs. Prior to these roles, Maty gained experience as a freelance web developer and graphic designer, specializing in full-stack web development and comprehensive graphic design projects from 2008 to 2012. Maty holds a degree in Information Technology from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has also completed education at the Soukromá střední škola výpočetní techniky and the Human Academy Japanese Language School.
