Martin Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martin is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Mapper, a SaaS technology platform provider that uses AI technology to transform talent management practices in organizations. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of Unleashed, a talent and inclusion management business, where they focused on improving productivity and creating a positive work culture. Martin also founded The Arena Network, a social network aimed at promoting inclusivity and positive change.
