Angharad Parry-Jones has worked in various roles within the talent acquisition field. Angharad started their career at Talentful in 2016 as a Talent Partner, and later progressed to the role of Senior Talent Partner in 2019. In 2021, they became a Talent Lead at Talentful before assuming the position of Internal Talent Lead (Global) in 2022.

In 2017, they also took on the role of an Internal Recruiter at Harry's, Inc. through Talentful. Similarly, in 2019, they worked as an Internal Recruiter at Paymentsense and as an Internal GTM Recruiter at Snyk, both through Talentful.

Additionally, Angharad Parry-Jones joined Hopin in 2020 as a Talentful Team Lead (GTM Recruiter) where they led a team of 5 colleagues and personally hired over 110 individuals.
