Kennedy Law has a diverse work experience history, spanning roles in various industries and organizations. They began their career as a Market Research Intern at the Americas Small Business Development Center in Ames, Iowa in 2016. In 2017, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. and as a Customer Success Intern at Workiva. They then transitioned to a role as a Human Resource Intern at Pattison Sand Company, LLC, where they gained experience in the field for five years. In 2018, Kennedy Law became a Human Resources Business Partner at Con-E-CO. They then took on the role of a Business Development Representative at Alignex, Inc. in 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Kennedy Law worked as an Account Manager at Skyline Med Staff, LLC before assuming their current position as a Partnerships Manager at TalentEdge Staffing in 2022.

Kennedy Law completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at North Iowa Area Community College from 2014 to 2015. Subsequently, Kennedy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Iowa State University from 2014 to 2018.
