Billy Auriemma is the Founder and Chief Growth Officer at TalentCraft since August 2018, where the focus is on enhancing business growth by partnering with technology organizations to attract top delivery leaders and digital transformation professionals. Additionally, Billy serves as a Partner at Summit Staffing, Inc. since January 2017, and previously held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at Monroe Capital LLC from June 2016 to June 2017. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Wholesaler at First Trust from June 2013 to June 2016, and as a Commercial Banking Intern at MB Financial Bank in 2012. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and ongoing studies in International Business at The American University of Rome.
