Eli Castle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent analytics and operations management. Currently serving as Co-CEO and Head of Talent Analytics at TalentCompass since May 2021, Eli previously held key positions at ECA, including Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement, Engagement Manager, and Project Manager from September 2017 to June 2020. Eli's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology and a Master's degree in Research Psychology from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Global Environmental Politics from the University of California, Berkeley. Additional expertise includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Anderson School of Management, Graduate Research Fellow at the National Science Foundation, and various research positions throughout the academic journey.
