Rudy Sekti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they completed an internship at BCA Finance, where they worked in the recruitment team and collected data for their thesis. Following this, they joined Paramount Land International as a Property Specialist for two years, working in the in-house marketing team in Tangerang. In 2016, they worked as part of the Marketing Team at PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera, a leading distributor of industrial tools and machinery. Rudy then moved on to Country Garden Group in 2017, where they worked as a Sales Supervisor on the Skyhouse BSD project. Rudy also worked at Trinity Property Group as a Property Specialist, overseeing various real estate projects. Currently, Rudy serves as the Business Development Manager at Talenta by Mekari, where they are responsible for the Talenta product line.

Rudy Sekti completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from President University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Rudy also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed courses in "Building Personal Web with Macromedia Dreamweaver," "Image Editing with Adobe Photoshop," and "Static Web Programming with XHTML" at Binus Center. Furthermore, in 2016, they achieved a TOEFL IBT score of 533 from The British Institute (TBI) and an IELTS Band Score of 6.0 from IDP Education Ltd.
