Elias Heimbuerge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Elias started their career at Apple in 2015 as an AppleCare Team Manager, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Shadow and held the position of Team Manager UK + GER and BPO Affairs, managing an international team and overseeing various projects. Elias achieved high targets in areas such as Average Handling Time, Quality Assurance, and Customer Satisfaction. From 2022, Elias has been working at talent.io, first as Lead TA & Sourcing for the UK and later as Candidate Operations Lead for NL and Remote Market. These roles involve talent acquisition, sourcing, and managing candidate operations.

Elias Heimbuerge attended the Kooperative Gesamtschule am Schwemmbach from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained their A levels with a focus on Mathematics. Elias then pursued further education at The University of Göttingen from 2010 to 2013, majoring in Medicine.
