Boriana Berbenkova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Boriana began their career in 2004 as a Project Assistant at Yacht Tours Maldives Ltd. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Marcus Evans. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Route Manager at Bulgaria Air, overseeing commercial operations and participating in strategic planning.
In 2013, Berbenkova joined TickTickTickets as a Business Development specialist, and later moved on to Flightright, where they held roles as a Business Development Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter from 2014 to 2017.
In 2017, they joined talent.io, disrupting the tech hiring process as a Sr. Client Executive/Customer Success and ensuring successful hires for clients. Boriana then transitioned to Inkitt in 2019, where they held the position of Head of Recruitment.

Boriana also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Marketing and Business Strategy from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2004-2008 and 2006 respectively. Boriana had previously pursued Business Administration studies at American National College in Colombo in 2003-2004 and attended the British School in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 1999-2003, where they likely completed their high school education. Additionally, they obtained an IATA airline management diploma from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
