Lizzy Smith, TSC, CSP, is an experienced Executive Recruiter currently at TalentBridge since July 2024. Previously, Lizzy held multiple leadership roles at AccruePartners from July 2018 to May 2024, including Division Manager of Human Resources and Senior Client Relationship Manager for the VMS/MSP Division. Prior to that, Lizzy was an Account Executive and Legal Recruiter at Robert Half Legal, where expertise in legal staffing and consulting was developed. Earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Under Armour, where administrative support for high-volume recruiting was provided. Lizzy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology from High Point University in 2014.
