Greta Hucek is an experienced brewer currently employed at TALEA Beer Co. since May 2022. Prior experience includes two roles at Great Central Brewing Company from September 2020 to May 2022, where Greta served as both Brewer and Assistant Brewer. Prior to the brewing industry, Greta worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from November 2017 to September 2020, holding positions such as Scientist, Analytical Sciences, Associate Scientist, and Associate Specifications Analyst. Greta's foundational education in Chemical Engineering was obtained at the University of Virginia from August 2013 to May 2017, which also included an internship at Belle Aire Creationsâ„¢ in June 2016, focusing on regulatory compliance and fragrance analysis.
