Dominick Goodman is an experienced professional in youth sports and wellness, currently serving as the Director of Small Groups, Wellness & Sports at Gamble-Nippert YMCA since July 2022 and as a Sports Specialist at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. In addition, Goodman has worked as an Offensive Coordinator at New Miami High School since May 2020. Previous roles include Behavior Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Founder/President of Great Kids, Great Smiles Foundation, which aims to promote athletic participation among children from diverse backgrounds. Goodman has also held coaching positions with Cincinnati Flex Indoor Football team and Princeton High School. An owner of Goodie, LLC, Goodman has contributed to youth flag football through leagues and training initiatives. Dominick Goodman holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Cincinnati.
