Viktoria Kubisch currently holds the position of Group Strategy & Sustainability at Talanx, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of group-wide sustainability strategies, leading sustainability-related projects, and conducting market and trend analyses. Prior experience includes an internship in the Strategy and Digital Development department at NORD/LB, where Viktoria supported digital transformation initiatives and workshop organization. Viktoria also completed an internship in Business Controlling at Swiss Life AG. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Development from Hochschule Hannover, a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Wales, and a double degree Bachelor of Arts in European Finance and Accounting from Hochschule Bremen.
