Adam Kiefer has a wealth of experience in the business world. Adam began their career in 2006 as a Business Development Officer, Insurance Carrier Placement Specialist, and Account Executive at Wells Fargo. In 2012, they moved to EMPLOYERS, where they served as a Sales Manager and Territory Manager. In 2015, they joined Nevada State Bank as Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager. In 2018, they became a Cohort Member at Forum Ventures. In 2020, they became a Cohort Member at BrokerTech Ventures and also became the CEO and Co-Founder of Talage Insurance.

Adam Kiefer obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2011. In 2005, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a P&C Licensed Producer certification from all 50 States + DC.
