Adrian Buzgar is the current Engineering Director at Taktile. Prior to this, they served as the Engineering Director for a Product Area at Mambu from August 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing 8 engineers and overseeing the growth of the org to 6 teams and 48 people across two locations.

Buzgar is known for their coaching and development of career progression for engineers, as well as their ability to build technical career paths. Adrian has also been instrumental in setting up team split/scaling strategies and adopting and delivering team-level OKRs. In 2019, they initiated a service Operational Readiness Checklist that later grew to become a company-wide service maturity framework.

Additionally, Buzgar has conducted 100+ technical interviews for Software Engineer and SRE Engineer roles and 40+ skills and leadership assessment interviews for Engineering Manager and Engineering Director roles.
