Olivier Soler has extensive experience in management and project leadership, currently serving as Directeur régional Ouest at Takoma since January 2000, overseeing strategic development, client management, and team leadership. Olivier's expertise extends to digital learning, offering consultancy and conference presentations in this area while also holding the position of Vice-President of the Think Tank Formation Ouest. Prior roles include managing a graphic studio and serving as a project leader focused on training engineering. Earlier career positions include roles at LCI and Meteo France, where Olivier contributed to training material development and climatic studies, respectively. Olivier holds a DEA in Geomorphology and Coastal Management from Université de Bretagne Occidentale and a Maitrise in Fundamental Geology from Nantes Université.
