Annabelle McNeill is a driven professional with experience in strategy and operations, currently serving in a role at Thesis since October 2024. Previously, Annabelle held the position of Manager of Commercial at Glossier, Inc. from August 2023 to October 2024, and served as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2021 to August 2023, following an internship as a Summer Business Analyst with the same firm in June 2020.
