Antti Sonninen is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the tech and innovation sectors. Currently, Antti serves as Co-founder and CEO of Takeoff Tokyo and Builders Weekend, and has held the same roles at Day One Tech, Junction, and Slush Tokyo. Antti's previous experience includes the position of Country Director for Japan at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. and COO at Beatrobo. Antti co-founded Aidbrella, a platform enhancing social information sharing in development aid, and contributed as a Co-Instructor at Aalto University and Stanford University. Antti holds a Master of Science in Design Innovation, Industrial Management, and Telecommunications from Aalto University, and has studied at Stanford University and The University of Tokyo.
