Paula Tavares-Herbert, CMR, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales support, education, and human resources. Currently a Senior Field Sales Support Associate at Takeda Pharmaceuticals since March 2015, Paula has excelled in the execution of sales business rules and the development of UAT scripts. As an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Lake County since August 2006, Paula teaches various undergraduate courses and provides career development programs. Previous roles include Lead Specialist at Acosta Sales & Marketing, focusing on sales training and data aggregation, and Human Resources Consultant and Principal at Kendall Adams & Associates, specializing in diversity training and personnel development. Additionally, Paula served as Certified Faculty at the University of Phoenix, teaching courses on critical thinking and sales management. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from Boston University and an MBA in Management from Adelphi University.
