Noel Gaule is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in quality operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Quality at Takeda since June 2014, Noel leads Global External Operations for Small Molecule and Oncology. Previous roles at Takeda include Head of Quality for External Operations EU & Global API and Site Quality Head, among others. Noel has also contributed as an Honorary Lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland's School of Pharmacy since October 2013. Prior to Takeda, key positions included Associate Director of QA Operations at MSD, Manager of External Quality at Abbott, and roles at Pfizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Noel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MSc in Industrial Pharmacy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and a BSc in Analytical Science from Dublin City University.
