Jakob Balz currently serves as the Head of Capital/Project Management at Takeda since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jakob worked at KLOSTERFRAU GROUP from December 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included positions in Betriebsingenieur and Strategisches Management. At L'Oréal from April 2016 to November 2018, Jakob held the title of Projektingenieur, focusing on optimizing production processes, managing technical projects, and improving existing and integrating new facilities. Earlier experience includes a position at Technische Universität Berlin from October 2012 to June 2015, collaborating with Siemens Management Consulting on competitive analysis and strategic research projects. Jakob Balz holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, with additional education at ETH Zürich.
