Holly Wade is an experienced professional in laboratory operations and client management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Laboratory Partner Management at Takeda since December 2022. Prior to this role, Holly worked at PPD® Digital as Associate Director of Digital Product and Vendor Relationships from September 2021 to January 2023. During a tenure at Q² Solutions from July 2017 to January 2023, Holly held positions as Associate Director of Client Operations and Operational Client Lead, focusing on mentoring new hires and ensuring quality delivery through effective portfolio management. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Operations at LabCorp Clinical Trials from 2006 to 2014, overseeing numerous active studies and guiding team development. Holly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Ferris State University.
