Hanyu Zhu currently serves as an Associate Director at Takeda, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from March 2017 to November 2024, where Hanyu Zhu progressed from Research Scientist to Senior Research Scientist and ultimately to Principal Research Scientist. Earlier academic experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2012 to December 2016 under the guidance of Dr. Hilkka I. Hanyu Zhu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University (2012-2016) and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Peking University (2008-2012).
