Clair Grocott (ACMA) has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Strategy & Transformation Finance Lead (Director) for Takeda's Global Small Molecule’s Oncology External Supply since January 2020. Prior roles at Takeda included Transformation Finance Lead and Finance Excellence Manager for Europe. Prior to joining Takeda, Clair Grocott worked at 3M from May 2007 to January 2020 in various financial management positions, including EMEA Sourcing and Outsourcing Controller. Earlier, Clair Grocott served as Financial Controller and Management Accountant at E Wood Ltd from February 1998 to May 2007. Clair Grocott holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Teesside University and completed education at The Friends School in Great Ayton.
