Garo (Karou) Safaian is a dedicated professional in the field of pharmacy and healthcare, currently serving as a Global Patient Safety Evaluation Post-Doctoral Fellow at Takeda Oncology since July 2023. Garo holds roles as a Doctor of Pharmacy Professional Tutor and Enrichment Tutor at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, fostering the development and success of PharmD students. As Chairman of AGBU Young Professionals of Boston since April 2017, Garo directs revenue-generating activities and enhances engagement among over 2000 young professionals. Previous experience includes operations and sales management at WINK EYECARE, INC., and pharmacy internships at Biogen, Encompass Health, and Walgreens.
