Geraldine Hattingh is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer 1 at takealot.com since May 2022. Prior to this role, Geraldine held positions as a Java Developer at Sabinet Online from November 2015 to April 2022, and at Momentum from September 2014 to October 2015. Geraldine's career also includes experience as a Senior Developer at Metropolitan Health Group and several roles as a Java Developer at Momentum, as well as Software Developer at Saab Avitronics. Geraldine holds a B.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Informatics from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2003, and an Honours B.Sc in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of South Africa, achieved in 2008. Early education was completed at Hoërskool Pretoria-Noord, culminating in a Grade 12 (Matric) in 2000.
