Sandra Cooney has over 20 years of experience in international benefits and compensation management. Currently serving as the Director of International Benefits at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Sandra has also held the Senior Manager position in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Benefits Consultant at FM Global, EMEA Compensation Analyst at Microsoft, and Interim Senior Associate at Convergys, where responsibilities spanned various regions including EMEA and LATAM. Early career development occurred at Mercer as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst, focusing on compensation and benefits surveys across the UK and Europe. Sandra holds a BSc Honours in Agriculture: Animal Science from the University of Zimbabwe.
