Michael Adams is an experienced professional in operations management, with a strong background in the restaurant and franchise industry. Currently serving as Franchise Director at Take 5 Oil Change since August 2020, Michael is responsible for overseeing the opening and management of multiple locations. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Broadway Restaurant Group, LLC, where leadership was provided for operations across 57 Burger King franchises, and similar positions at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., Liberty Restaurant Group, CiCi’s Pizza, and others, accumulating extensive expertise in team development, operational oversight, and strategic planning. Michael's leadership experience also includes a military background as a Captain in the United States Military, emphasizing discipline and accountability. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/History from East Tennessee State University and advanced military training from the United States Army Military Police School.
