Philipp Eisele

Director Program Management, Product Development, QA Customer Support at TAJCO

Philipp Eisele has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Philipp began their career as a Production and Product Development Intern at Schneider Form GmbH in 2009. In 2011, they interned as a Logistics Powertrain Intern at Daimler AG. Philipp then worked as an Assembly and Quality Control Intern at AMK Gruppe in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, Eisele worked as a Project Consultant at Steinbeis Center of Management and Technology - SCMT GmbH. In 2016, they joined TAJCO as a Program Manager and held this role until 2019. Philipp then became the Program Manager for Business Development at TAJCO from 2019 to 2021. Eisele then served as the Head of Global Program Management at TAJCO from 2021 to 2022. Philipp was promoted to Senior Manager of Program Management, Product Development, and QA Customer Support at TAJCO from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Program Management, Product Development, and QA Customer Support at TAJCO, starting in 2023.

Philipp Eisele completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz between 2008 and 2012. Philipp then pursued their Master of Business Engineering (MBE) degree at Steinbeis Hochschule from 2014 to 2017. Throughout their MBE program, Philipp attended various international business schools such as Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, Jönköping International Business School, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and Sungkyunkwan University in 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Philipp obtained an IATF16949 Internal Auditor certification from Lloyd's Register in January 2019. Philipp also completed the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner program offered by Prosci in June 2020. Moreover, Philipp has acquired leadership skills by participating in the Project Leadership Program and the Leading Others program at the Leadership Pipeline Institute in February 2021 and February 2022, respectively.
