Hongping (Heather) Zhu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at TAJCO Group A/S since August 2017, Hongping has held various HR roles, including HR Manager and HRBP. Prior to this, Hongping worked at Ningbo Huaxiang Automotive Door System Co., Ltd as HRM, and at John Deere in various capacities such as China T&D Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruiting Specialist at Ningbo Global Technology Inc. Hongping holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Shanghai University, completed in 2006.
