Rock Tsai currently serves as VP and Chief Information Officer at 台灣大哥大 Taiwan Mobile since February 2022. Previous roles include Executive Director and Head of Technology at 星展銀行 from September 2019 to February 2022, and Group Chief Information Officer at Sinyi Realty from January 2010 to August 2019. Rock Tsai also held positions such as Senior VP at HSBC, Executive VP & COO at K-Bridge, AVP at Citi, and Executive VP at a major telecom and ISP company in Taiwan. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Research and Development at LongNet Software Development Inc. Rock Tsai holds a PhD in Business Administration from Central South University and has a Master of Engineering in Information Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
