Allen Krauss has a diverse background in the printing industry, with experience spanning from 1977 to the present. Currently serving as a paint prep technician at TAIT since May 2022, Krauss has previously held various roles including bindery operator at Spectrum Printing, Eagle Printing, and doodad, where skills in operating MBO and Stahl folders were developed. Additional experience as a finishing operator at Scantron involved managing confidential mailings for Fortune 500 companies, while earlier work as a bindery machine operator at Veitch Printing Corporation and folder operator at Intelligencer Printing highlighted expertise with diecutters and folder setups. Krauss holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Lancaster Bible College and a certificate in welding from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.
