Preedanan (Dana) Liu is a Project Specialist at the Taipei Computer Association, where responsibilities include executing promotion programs for the Taiwan Employment Gold Card in the digital field. In addition, Dana serves as a Business Development Strategist for the DIGI Gold Card Community, providing consultations on the Employment Gold Card program while connecting with stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. Previously, Dana held the position of Youth Representative in the Entrepreneurship Sector for the Kaohsiung City Government, focusing on youth entrepreneurship policies and local startups. Other experiences include a Business Development Associate role at Mosaic Venture Lab and a Project Management Assistant position at Bank of Culture. Dana holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Humanity and Social Sciences from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and National Chiao Tung University, along with cross-campus courses in Communication and Media Studies from National Chengchi University and an international program in Political Science and Government from Chiang Mai University.
