Rowland Lee has extensive experience in planning and merchandising, currently serving as Senior Director of Merchant and Planning Systems at Tailored Brands, Inc. since March 2019, overseeing operations for Men’s Wearhouse and Joseph A. Bank. Previous roles at Tailored Brands include Senior Director of Planning and Director of Planning. Prior to this, Rowland Lee held various planning positions at DFS Group Ltd. from June 1998 to January 2018, where responsibilities escalated to Planning Manager and Director of Planning. Rowland Lee also gained experience at Banana Republic, Mervyn's/Target Corporation, I Magnin & Co, and Macy's West, holding planning and analyst roles. Rowland Lee holds a BSBA in International Business and an MBA in Management from the University of San Francisco, as well as a high school diploma from Placer High School.
