Carson Barnes is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and equity research. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Tail End Capital Partners since July 2024, Barnes previously held the position of Senior Analyst at Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in manufacturing and business services companies. Prior to this, Barnes was a Senior Equity Research Analyst and Vice President at Consumer Edge, as well as an Equity Research Associate. Additional experience includes roles at Stryker, PNC, Eli Lilly and Company, the University of Notre Dame, Applied Minds, and NEi Software. Carson Barnes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
