Richard E. has extensive experience in compliance and ethics roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Richard is currently working at Taiho Oncology Inc as a Compliance Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance at Eisai, Inc from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's Ethics and Compliance Program and leading a team of professionals. Before that, Richard held various positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, including Director of Regulatory Compliance and Director of Medical Information, where they had responsibilities such as policy management, compliance advisor alignment, and training and education of sales representatives.

Richard E. has a diverse education history. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Rutgers University in 1987. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Rutgers University, which they completed between 1994 and 1997. Richard'sinterest in law led him to attend Seton Hall University School of Law from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

In addition to their educational achievements, Richard E. holds several certifications. Richard is recognized as an Attorney-at-Law by the NJ Board of Bar Examiners. Richard is also a Registered Pharmacist in New Jersey, certified by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
