Jonas Wesley is an experienced professional in the field of community support and mental health, currently serving as a Crisis Counselor at TAIBU Community Health Centre since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Support Specialist and in Housing With Layered Supports at Bellwoods Centres for Community Living from November 2021 to July 2024, where Jonas focused on assisting clients in transitioning from hospital care to long-term housing. Previously, Jonas worked as a Case Manager at Atlohsa Family Healing Services from December 2019 to November 2021 and held positions as a Commission Sales Associate and Sales Consultant at Rogers Communications between October 2015 and December 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Diploma of Education in Social Work from Fanshawe College.
