Elsa Phan is an experienced international product developer and pre-production manager with a strong background in various consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as a pre-production manager at Tai Apparel since July 2021, Elsa previously held positions as a senior product developer and product developer at Market Maker Asia and IDCOM, respectively, focusing on a range of products for the Yves Rocher Group. With expertise in product design, market analysis, pricing negotiation, and customer service across multiple roles, Elsa has cultivated significant industry knowledge.
