Angela Atchley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, a position held since January 2022. With a rich background in human resources, Angela's prior roles include Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at LP Insurance Services, as well as Senior Associate at The Human Resource Connection. Additional experience includes management positions in HR and client services at Applied Business Solutions, the Applied Companies, and employee relations and training management at Silver Legacy Resort Casino. Angela holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, along with various degrees from other educational institutions.
